Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from Sydney.

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, go out the next business day.

Delivery times

Sydney metro: 1–3 business days. Other capital cities: 2–5 business days. Regional and remote areas: 3–8 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will re-send it once you have covered the return postage.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hello@sleeked.com.au with your order number and we will sort it out.

International

We currently ship within Australia only. Please email us for arranging international orders.
